As we listen to our members it becomes evident that in today’s workplace employers are looking for specific skills and are willing to provide customized training to develop their own workforce.

Indigenous youth represent an opportunity! Indigenous youth compared to non-indigenous youth have higher rates of unemployment, often under employed and is believed to be the fastest growing demographic in Canada.

Our Indigenous member communities can access funding for training and work with employers to develop customized training programs that will establish and mobilize individuals across multiple industry sectors!
