Overview of responsibilities :
You will be a Functional Analyst on the Enterprise Applications Team performing both operational and project work. Applications you will be responsible for include PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, PeopleSoft Finance, and other applications. Operational work consists of Service Desk tickets, maintenance, and enhancements of the applications. You will also be assigned to large projects when required.
Operational work varies in size and scope; you could be making a small change to a report or leading a small project to transform a business process. You will collaborate with many different stakeholders: business users when gathering requirements, technical analysts when designing a solution, the change advisory board when implementing a system change, plus many more. You will be responsible for system configuration, system testing, and implementation. You will create and/or update documentation for end user training and for your peers to support the system.
